The mission of the New Jersey League for Nursing is to promote excellence in nursing education to build a strong and diverse nursing workforce to advance the health of our state, nation and the global community.

The NJLN is committed to supporting the professional advancement of nursing education and practice through programs and opportunities that meet the needs of diverse students, faculty, and nurses in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. We believe in the power of collaboration and in supporting nurses and the communities they serve through meaningful engagement, shared learning, and collective purpose. We also recognize our responsibility to elevate the nursing profession by aligning with organizations that share and complement our mission and goals, and by celebrating the contributions and excellence of nurses across New Jersey.
